Caffè lungo
Caffè lungo is prepared with more water than a normal espresso, giving it a milder flavour.
Preparation
6.8 – 7.5g coarse-ground, espresso-roasted coffee, approx. 55 ml hot water, brewing temperature 88 – 93 °C, warmed espresso cup. The espresso is topped up with hot water.
