The Swiss Coffee Sommelier® supports businesses in competently improving coffee quality, developing the right coffee concept for every type of business and utilising the economic potential of coffee profitably.
The Swiss Coffee Sommelier® training programme is jointly sponsored by the Swiss Roasters’ Guild and CafetierSuisse associations. As a basic training programme, it is aimed at the entire Swiss catering and coffee industry and contributes to increasing coffee quality and coffee sales.
