Rast Kaffee not only offers first-class coffees, but also shows how to get the best out of them. Because roasting alone does not make the perfect coffee, we have founded our own coffee academy. We offer a wide range of training opportunities for professionals in the catering industry as well as for connoisseurs and private home or office users. From the classic barista course with several levels to cup tasting, filter coffee courses and roasting courses. After all, we not only want to pass on our high standards of coffee to our customers, but also the passion and knowledge for preparing it correctly.

We also offer SCA-certified courses (Swiss Speciality Coffee Association). The SCA stands for the quality of coffee right through to the cup in all its dimensions, in compliance with ethical and sustainable principles along the entire value chain. All players in the value chain work together in the SCA to unite and represent the interests of its members.
